USER AGREEMENT

I. Overview

Myhalalshoppe.com is a venue to match buyers and sellers, not a traditional retailer. Myhalalshoppe is not involved in the actual transaction or transfer of legal ownership of items from sellers to buyers and has no control over advertised items, sellers' ability to sell, or buyers' ability to pay.

Definitions

“Your Information” includes any information provided to myhalalshoppe or other users during registration, listing (including photographs and descriptions), public message areas, forums, feedback, or email. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and myhalalshoppe acts as a passive conduit for its online distribution and publication.

“Your Activities” include listing items, posting comments in public areas (e.g., forums or feedback), and email communication.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes with myhalalshoppe, contact support@myhalalshoppe.com for a quick resolution. User-to-user disputes should be reported to local law enforcement or a certified mediation/arbitration entity.

General Overview: Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use the site or establish an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree not to use myhalalshoppe for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content.
• You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit, post, or display on the Website.
• You agree not to modify, adapt, hack, or falsely imply association with myhalalshoppe.
• You agree not to solicit, harass, or impersonate myhalalshoppe members.
• You agree not to transmit viruses, worms, Trojans, malware, or destructive code.
• Myhalalshoppe is not responsible for content posted on the Website, and you use it at your own risk.

General Overview: Conditions

• Myhalalshoppe may modify or terminate services at any time, with or without notice.
• Myhalalshoppe may alter this User Agreement, notifying you via email for material changes.
• Myhalalshoppe may refuse service to anyone at any time.
• Myhalalshoppe may remove unlawful, offensive, or objectionable content without obligation.
• Posting images hosted on myhalalshoppe to external websites is allowed, provided a link back to myhalalshoppe is included.
• Accounts used for hosting non-photographic elements on external websites will be terminated.
• You can delete your account to remove your profile and private images.
• By uploading content, you allow myhalalshoppe users to view it and myhalalshoppe to display and store it.
• Myhalalshoppe’s trademarks may not be used in a manner likely to cause confusion.

II. Membership Eligibility

Myhalalshoppe’s services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts. The services are not available to those under 18 or suspended members. Minors may use the service under parental supervision. You agree not to transfer or sell your account or User ID.

III. Purchasing/Buyer Obligations and Guidelines

Buyers must complete transactions within three days, paying in full immediately via available payment methods or within three days for personal checks or other methods. Buyers paying by check must notify the seller via email within three days. Sellers must abide by myhalalshoppe’s policies and their own shop policies, selling items as described and addressing issues like damage and returns. All users must have a PayPal, debit, or credit card account for transactions. Buyers’ remorse is not a valid reason for refunds; review seller policies before purchasing.

IV. Listing/Seller Obligations and Guidelines

Fees and Credit Policy

Fee changes are effective after 14 days’ notice via website posting. Temporary promotional changes (e.g., free listing days) are effective upon posting. New service fees apply at launch. All fees are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Sellers must provide a valid ID and/or credit/debit card for verification and fee payment. Sellers are responsible for all fees and taxes. Invoices for fees over RM3.00 are emailed monthly, with payment due within 30 days.

Listing Description

Sellers must be legally able to sell listed items and provide accurate descriptions, including text, graphics, and pictures. Listings must be in appropriate categories, and multiple identical items must be listed together, with unique items having separate listings.

Binding Sale

All sales are binding. Sellers must complete transactions promptly unless the buyer fails to meet listing terms or their identity cannot be authenticated.

Termination

Myhalalshoppe may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity. Sellers remain liable for unpaid fees, and myhalalshoppe may charge cards on file or use collection mechanisms for past-due accounts.

Manipulation

Item prices must accurately reflect the transaction value. Manipulation, such as misstating prices or altering them to avoid fees, is prohibited. Final value fee refund requests must be made within 90 days of the transaction.

V. Usage Guidelines

Third Party Content; Identity Verification

Myhalalshoppe acts as a marketing platform and does not verify user qualifications or control exchanges. User statements are their own, and myhalalshoppe is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or safety. You use myhalalshoppe at your own risk, and caution is advised when trading, especially with minors or international parties. Myhalalshoppe uses verification techniques but cannot confirm user identities. A user-initiated feedback system helps evaluate transaction partners.

Prohibited, Questionable, and Infringing Usage; Restricted Activities

Your Activities and Information must not:

• Be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Be fraudulent or involve illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Violate laws, including those on export control, consumer protection, or advertising.
• Be defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
• Be obscene or contain child pornography.
• Contain viruses or destructive code.
• Create liability for myhalalshoppe or disrupt its services.
• Link to prohibited goods or services, lower-priced identical items, or items listed elsewhere.

Access and Interference

You agree not to use robots, spiders, or automated means to access myhalalshoppe without permission, impose unreasonable loads on infrastructure, copy or modify content without consent, interfere with site operations, or bypass access restrictions.

Feedback Integrity; Feedback Export

You may not undermine the feedback system. Myhalalshoppe may limit activity based on feedback levels. Low feedback ratings may lead to account review or suspension. Feedback ratings are for myhalalshoppe transactions only and may not be exported to other venues.

VI. Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

Breach

Myhalalshoppe may limit activity, remove listings, issue warnings, or suspend/terminate accounts without notice for breaches of this Agreement, unverifiable information, or actions causing financial or legal liability.

No Warranty

Myhalalshoppe’s website and services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including title, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimer of implied warranties.

Limitation on Liability

Myhalalshoppe and its affiliates are not liable for lost profits or special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or RM100. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify myhalalshoppe and its affiliates from claims, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws regarding your use of myhalalshoppe and your listing, purchase, or sale of items.
